Bag Fees
You will be responsible for covering your baggage fees. American Airlines and Delta bag fees are $25 for the first bag and $35 for the second bag. One free personal item and one free carry-on is allowed. Please pack light. Your baggage cannot weigh over 50 pounds or you will incur an additional surcharge.
TSA Limits
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) limits the amount of liquid you can carry onto a plane. Liquids (gels, lotions, etc.) in a carry-on bag must be three ounces or smaller and packed together in a quart-sized, clear plastic bag. Please be mindful of these limits. Bring proper identification for travel, i.e. state driver's license or identification. A passport is required.
Be Early
Arrive to the airport early. Additional flights are not available.

Bring a spare change of clothes in a carry-on in case your baggage gets lost.
Credit Cards
Call your debit and credit card companies before you leave and let them know you are traveling out of state. This will help avoid declined transactions or failed ATM withdrawals.

Wireless and Wi-Fi Service
Free Wi-Fi service is provided at the hotel and you can enable W-Fi Calling on your device to make and receive calls when you are connected to Wi-Fi. Be sure to contact your wireless provider to determine international calls and data details.
Stream Wireless now offers international service called Global Pass.
You will need to sign up for Global Pass before you leave the US. You may not be able to use the service if you don’t activate it before you leave. You may add Global Pass by calling 877-743-5893.
- Cost is $10/month per line. You get 2GB of international data as well as text and calling.
- If you will be calling someone in the Cayman Islands, the calling rate locally is $0.05 per min to landlines and $0.17 per min to cell phones.
- Calls back to the US are free of charge.
- Make sure international roaming is enabled on your device.
iPhone – Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Enable Data Roaming and LTE
Android – Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Roaming > International Roaming > Enable Voice and Text Roaming and Data Roaming.

We’ll be sending you an invitation to download our Top Performer’s Trip app, which will allow you to communicate with other Stream members who are on the trip. Download your favorite communication apps on your smartphone to be able to make Wi-Fi calls. (i.e. WhatsApp, Facebook Messaging, etc.) iPhone users will be able to text other iPhone users via iMessage while on Wi-Fi.

It's summer! Casual attire and beach wear are the norm. You may want to opt for long pants or a sundress for dinners. Please prepare with more adventurous gear for off-site activities and the excursions. All Stream activities are casual. Also, please note that some restaurants for the scheduled dinners require pants and closed-toed shoes for men. This attire will be included on the invitation you receive.

The Grand Cayman's weather is tropical. Expect temperatures in the high and low 80s.
Transportation
Grand Cayman is easy to navigate with a wide variety of transportation options. If you want to get out and explore the entire island, a rental car will be your best option. Be sure to check out the Rules of the Road if you're not comfortable with driving on the left side and using roundabouts. If you just want to relax and remain within the hotel area, a taxi service or the public bus system might be easier and a more economical approach. The hotel will provide information on public transportation. Group transportation can be arranged with your excursions.

Please note that this is not an all-inclusive hotel. Each person will receive a pre-loaded Stream Freedom Visa Card with a one-time credit amount of $600 that can be used for meals anywhere on the island.
Stream will provide meals at the Stream Pool Party, Stream Farewell Extravaganza, as well as a one-day group excursion and one private dining experience with Stream Executives. You are responsible for any other charges, including transportation to and from your hometown airport, airline baggage fees, meals, golf, spa treatments, drinks, retail shopping and any other activities and excursions.
