What is included in my cruise win?

Your cruise win includes a cabin of the level you won for you and one guest, along with all its cost including all taxes, fees, and gratuity. It also includes dining in the main dining room and the buffets, access to all entertainment and leisure areas and complimentary water, hot tea, coffee, and some juices with all meals. Not included but available for purchase are specialty restaurants, alcoholic beverages, sodas, shore excursions, etc.

All transportation to and from the cruise port are NOT included, as well any accommodations for your stay in Florida. These additional expenses will be the responsibility of the cruise winner and NOT Team National. 

I just won. How do I register?

You will receive an email invitation from the Events Department the week after the contest has ended to the email address on file. The email will link you to the cruise website where, along with information about the cruise, you will be able to register yourself and your guest. The winner must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Do I need a passport?

We strongly recommend that you travel with a valid passport. However, you may use your official birth certificate AND a valid government issued photo ID.

What is a “dining time”?

The dining time is the time you will select in your registration to have dinner each night in the main dining room. There are three available times, 5:30pm, 8:00pm or My Time Dining. My Time Dining allows you to select a different dining time each night.

Once a dining time has been selected, you can only change it onboard the ship directly with the dining room.

Can I add my child/children?

You can add your child/children for an additional cost of $525 per child. Royal Caribbean considers a child anyone from the age of six (6) months old to 20 years old and requires an original birth certificate if they do not have a passport.

Please note: If your total cabin capacity will exceed two (2) people, please contact the Events Department for further assistance.

Can I transfer my cruise win?

Unfortunately, you cannot transfer your cruise win to anyone else. Only you or your legal spouse may claim the cruise win and bring one guest of your choice.

Can I cancel my registration?

You can cancel your cruise registration without a penalty until Thursday,  October 13, 2022 no later than 4:30pm Eastern Time. After this date, there is a cancellation fee of $775 per person. You will need to contact the Events Department to cancel.

What is a SetSail Pass and how do I complete my online check-in with Royal Caribbean?

A SetSail Pass is an email that you will receive approximately one month before the cruise departs containing your Booking ID number. There will be detailed instructions in this email, as well as a link to the online check in with Royal Caribbean.

You will need the following information: 

  1. Sailing Date
  2. Ship's Name
  3. Booking ID (provided in your SetSail Pass email)
  4. Date of Departure
  5. Passport (or appropriate proof of citizenship and identification)
  6. Home Address
  7. Emergency Contact (someone who is NOT traveling with you)
  8. Credit Card for Onboard Expense Account (drink packages, shore excursions, ect

How can I get a handicapped accessible cabin?

Please contact the Events Department after you have received your cruise registration invitation to request a handicapped accessible cabin. We do have a limited quantity as they are on a first come and first served basis.

Can I upgrade my cabin?

Occasionally there are cabin upgrades available for an additional cost and you will receive an email notification about the specifics. Please keep in mind that upgraded cabins are limited.

What is the attire aboard the ship?

The dress code throughout the ship is causal, after all you are at sea! However, the dining room does have a smart casual dress code. Click on the link below for more information.

Where does the ship sail to?

The ship will leave the Port of Miami on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 3pm and head towards (Royal Caribbean’s) private island Labadee before returning to the Port of Miami on Sunday, November 6, 2022.
