Rosa Isela & Felipe Rodriguez came to the USA 26 years ago in search of a better life for their family. Felipe started working full-time on a restaurant business, but he soon realized he would need extra money to get ahead. He got a second full-time job at The Home Depot, where he worked for 20 years, but he remained hungry for something more.

Felipe knew he was working hard for his family—for Rosa Isela and their three children, Christian, Hetzabel and Felipe Jr.—but he was missing precious time with them as well. One Sunday night, Felipe Jr. said, "Good night, Daddy. I'll see you next Thursday." After hearing that, Felipe decided to stop working two jobs. He couldn't stand to miss any more time with his family.

That's when his brother, Executive Director Oscar Rodriguez, shared the Stream Opportunity with him. Felipe and Rosa Isela were looking to start a college fund for Felipe Jr, and they immediately saw that Stream was the perfect way to get the extra income their family needed. Felipe signed up as a Stream Associate and, by being coachable and taking action, learned how to make the Stream system work for him.

Thanks to their own hard work, plus the coaching and mentoring of Oscar, Adrian Avila, and Miguel and Gabriel Morales (Felipe's cousins), Felipe and Rosa Isela have rank advanced to Executive Director. "I'm proud to say that we are making Stream history as the first 3 brothers (Oscar, Alex and Felipe Rodriguez) to reach the position of Executive Director," said Felipe. "We'd like to say thank you to the founders of this amazing company where anyone can turn dreams into reality. The future is so bright that we all have to wear shades!"
