ATTENDEE INFORMATION

The SD Power Trip is exclusive to you and your spouse/significant other.  No other Associate or Guest will be allowed to attend with you.

OTHER EXPENSES 
We know expenses can add up during an event, so we've made plans to help keep your spending at a minimum. However, you are responsible for arranging your own air travel, transportation to and from the host hotel to your designated airport and agree to cover any hotel incidentals incurred during your stay. Also, please plan to purchase any meals not present on the agenda. 

1099 ELIGIBLE
You will be responsible for the income taxes based on the value of the goods received at the event (hotel, meals, gifts). This will be reflected on your 2019 1099.

TRANSPORTATION 
Kynect will provide ground transportation between the host hotel to the Kynect Corporate Headquarters, and to offsite events. Please contact Kimberly Girard if you plan to arrange your own transportation. 

FLIGHTS 
Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) are located less than 20 minutes from the host hotel and Kynect Corporate Headquarters. We recommend shopping around for flights using Google Flights or your favorite flight search engines.  

ATTIRE 
Please dress business casual for all events at Kynect Corporate Headquarters. Friday night’s dinner will be cocktail attire. Please wear outdoor casual attire for Saturday night’s BBQ at ND Presley & Jeanie Swagerty’s house.  

TSA LIMITS 
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) limits the amount of liquid you can pack into your carry-on luggage. All liquids (gels, lotions, etc.) inside a carry-on bag must be 3 ounces or smaller and packed together in a quart-sized, clear plastic bag. BAG FEES 
Be sure to check with your airline for their baggage fees. In most cases, your baggage cannot weigh over 50 pounds or you will incur an additional surcharge.
