This year, we’ve curated a trip unlike any other. You and your guest will be treated to a five-night stay in the historic city of Hamilton, right alongside the marina, at Bermuda’s only luxury urban resort, The Fairmont Hamilton Princess. This iconic, newly-renovated resort offers an uncanny mix of historic splendor and modern luxury for Bermuda’s elite travelers.

Your trip includes:
- Coach class airfare for two people from your home town to Bermuda
- Group ground transportation upon arrival and departure

Extend Your Stay
Based on availability, you are welcome to add additional nights to your room at your expense. Please indicate your interest during registration so we can check availability for you and book your flights accordingly.

Rates range between $369 - $599 plus tax and gratuities per night, depending on room type and room assignment.
Important Notices
- A valid passport with an expiration date of no less than 6 months following the conclusion of the trip is required. Must be a full passport, not a passport card.
- You will be responsible for the income taxes based on the value of the trip. This will be reflected on your 2018 1099.
Cancellation Policy
You may make changes to your registration through March 20, 2018. Any changes after that date will need to be communicated to the event contact to determine if there are any penalties associated with a change.
Please note: If you cancel your registration and trip attendance after April 6, 2018, you will be responsible for the entire cost of your airline travel.
