BAGGAGE
Bag Fees
You will be responsible for covering your baggage fees. American Airlines and United Airlines bag fees are $25 for the 1st bag and $35 for the 2nd bag. 1 free personal item and 1 free carry-on is allowed.
Pack Light. Your baggage cannot weigh over 50 pounds or you will incur an additional surcharge.
TSA Limits
Be mindful of TSA Limits. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) places limits on the amount of liquid you can carry on. Liquids (gels, lotions, etc.) in a carry-on bag must be three ounces or smaller and packed together in a quart-sized, clear plastic bag. For more detailed information, visit the TSA’s website.
Spare Clothes
Bring a spare change of clothes in a carry-on in case your baggage gets lost.
Identification
Bring proper identification for travel. ie. State Driver's License or Identification. A passport is required.
TRAVEL TIPS
Credit Cards
Call your debit and credit card companies before you leave and let them know you are traveling out of state. This will help avoid declined transactions or failed ATM withdraws.

While this is not an all-inclusive hotel, daily breakfast for 2 at the resort is included and each person will receive a pre-loaded Stream Freedom Visa Card with a one-time credit amount of $600 that can be used for meals anywhere on the island.
Stream will provide meals at the Stream Beach Party, Stream Farewell Extravaganza, as well as a one-day group excursion and one private dining experience with Stream Executives. This means you are responsible for any other charges, including transportation to and from your home town airport, airline baggage fees, meals, golf, spa treatments, drinks, retail shopping and any other activities and excursions. Please note- The resort will hold $50 per day on your credit card or Stream Freedom Card. If the $50 is not used, it will roll over to the next day.
Time Difference
Bermuda observed Atlantic StandardTime, therefore it is 2 hours ahead of Central Time and 1 hour ahead Eastern Time
It's summer! Casual attire and beach wear is the norm. You may want to opt for long pants or a sundress for dinners. Be prepared with more adventurous gear for off-site activities and the excursions. All Stream activities are casual. Please note that some of the restaurants for the dinners require pants and jackets for the men. This attire will be included on the invitation you receive.
Weather
Bermuda's weather is seasonal and can be compared to the weather in the Carolinas. Expect highs in the mid 80s and lows in the mid 70s.
Transportation
Getting around the island of Bermuda is easy, even though they do drive on the left side of the road. Taxi service is the primary mode of transportation. Car rental is not available in Bermuda. Moped rental is available but not recommended due to safety concerns. The Twizy, a fun a little car, is a fun way to get around the island and is available for rent. As I mentioned, the hotel provides transportation to their private beach club. Group transportation can be arranged with your excursions. See our Hospitality Desk for details.

Wireless and Wi-Fi Service – Of course you may want to stay connected with your family, friends and teams back home. Free WiFi service is provided at the hotel. Be sure to contact your wireless provider to determine international calls and data details.
Download your favorite communication apps on your smartphone to be able to make WiFi calls. i.e. WhatsApp, Facebook Messaging, etc. For those of you who are iPhone users, you will be able to text other iPhone users via iMessage while on Wi-Fi. And of course, when sent to you, download the TPT app that will allow you to communicate with one another when you log in.
Stream International Wireless Service
Stream is offering Stream International Roaming Service free of charge.
How it works:
- We have added the international voice, text and data capabilities to those of you attending the trip who have a Stream wireless phone.
- Bring your Stream phone to Bermuda.
- Make sure the following settings are turned on, on your phone.
iPhone Users: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Roaming > Enable Voice, Data, and International Roaming
Android Users: Settings > Mobile Networks > Roaming > Enable Voice, Text, and Data Roaming under International Roaming. Also make sStream International Wireless Service
Important: Please keep this to yourself and amongst this group only. While we look forward to offering this service to our customers in the near future, it is not quite ready to be rolled out yet.
