In 2015, Roque Hernández was without a car and his bank account was overdrawn $250. Although he worked multiple jobs as in the restaurant business, he was still living paycheck to paycheck. When he learned of Kynect that September, he was attracted by its first-class services and simple business plan. He didn’t have the money for the initial membership fee so he pawned an unused ring to get his business started.

A few weeks later, Roque attended his first event and got a glimpse of the best that Kynect offers its hardest working Associates. At that event, he made another key decision: he quit one of his jobs to make more time to give presentations.

Since that time, Roque says his life has taken a 180-degree turn. He’s been able to get time back with his family as a married father of six children, support his parents that live in Mexico and live with more financial peace of mind. Roque tells his team to believe in themselves, set goals and work together to make them possible.

“Anything is possible when you have a burning desire to change,” he said.
